EnergoRemService Ltd was founded in 2001. Since its inception the company has specialized in wide spectrum of special and civil construction, design, and engineering activities, among which the construction of indoor and outdoor electric power supply networks, installation and maintenance of electric power transmission equipment constitute a sizable portion.

Well established work procedures, powerful inventory and equipment, certified electric measuring lab, and skilled personnel of the company ensure a due-course implementation of challenging technical projects at regional level and nation-wide.

Among the projects performed by the company have been such as the construction of main power transmission line from Ladyzhyn heat power plant and Dnister hydro-power plant to Dniester Pumped-Storage Plant (the company completed the Project as General Contractor, the Employer – “Ukrenergo”, national electric power generating company), the construction of a woodwork factory under the contract with Barlinek-Ukraine LLC, the connection of greenhouses belonging to “Ukrflora-Vinnitsa” LLC to electric power main, the construction of “Magicenter” shopping mall (35 000 m2 total square) in Vinnitsa, etc. The most of projects have been completed by the company as the General Contractor in full compliance with projects’ schedules and within allocated budgets.

If involved in sizable construction, EnergoRemService Ltd is capable of putting on the line 88 construction specialists, “Energostroitelnaya mechanizirovannaya colonna # 62» LLC - 86, and ‘Energokonstruktsiya’ - 166 workers and specialists.

The company collaborates with a number of specialized construction organizations and suppliers thus making sure timely and high-quality implementation of time-challenging projects.

The improvement of the basic financial data substantiates steady growth of the company. In 2006 the company’s turnover increased 5 times and exceeded UAH 30’000’000. This year the trend is still the same and financial results demonstrate even better dynamics. The turnover in the first half-year has exceeded UAH 60’000’000.

The spectrum of activities that EnergoRemService Ltd has been heavily involved in is inclusive of a long list of projects in civil and industrial construction, electric power transmission, installation and maintenance of electrical and power equipment.

The construction activities of the company were authorized by license АВ No. 051765, issued on April 14, 2006. The list of the activities specified in the license is as follows:

• Design (for normal conditions, for new construction, for reconstruction and major overhaul);
• Architectural and construction design for residential buildings, public buildings and facilities, industrial buildings and facilities, electric power facilities;
• Design of load bearing structures of 2-nd and 3-rd Classes in normal conditions;
• Design of indoor utility networks, system and facilities (water supply and sewerage, electric power supply networks, HVAC systems);
• Design of external utility networks, system and facilities (water supply and sewerage, heating networks, gas and electricity supply);
• Construction of load bearing and fencing structures for buildings and facilities: metalwork, concrete, and reinforced concrete (for residential and public buildings), foundations, small-lot articles, glazing, plasterwork, floors, roofs, etc.;
• Installation of internal and external utility networks, systems, instruments and gauges (water supply, sewerage, heating, ventilating, conditioning, electric power supply).

EnergoRemService Ltd most sizable Projects:

In 2006 EnergoRemService Ltd won the tender announced by “Ukrenergo”, national electric power generating company, for the construction of 330 kV electric power transmission main line.

This line is supposed to connect Dnister pumped-storage plant (Novodnestrovsk, Sokiryany District, Chernivtsy Region) to the electric power grid of Ukraine through Bar transformer substation (Bar District, Vinnitsa Region). EnergoRemService Ltd was contracted by “Ukrenergo” for the construction of a 37.509 km-long electric power line.

It is planned that the above electric power line will consist of three divisions with the total two hundred 26 m-high supporting towers. The Project value is about UAH 100`000`000.

Construction of “Magicenter” shopping-and-entertainment center in Vinnitsa

“Magicenter” shopping-and-entertainment center is situated in the down town of Vinnitsa and comprises of shopping, office and entertainment divisions distributed in a ratio of 40 %, 40%, and 20% respectively. The uniqueness of the design consists in architectural-and-plan solutions and in the location of a construction site in the historical center of the city. The architects tried to bring contemporary and fresh features to the building and to local environment and at the same time to comply with strict requirements for the protection of historical sites applying to all down town undertakings.

The project is a vivid example of skeleton-type construction. This is a 6-storey building with shopping and office grounds and a roofed parking lot for 100 vehicles. The levels of the center are connected by escalators and elevators. Total area of the center is 35 000 m2, scope of investments is USD 25’000’000.

First phase of the project was commissioned on September 22, 2006. Currently the company has been performing the second phase scheduled for the commissioning in fall 2008.

Construction of ‘Barlinek-Ukraine’ woodworks (Vinnitsa)

Joint Polish-Ukrainian venture ‘Barlinek-Ukraine’ commissioned new woodworks in Vinnitsa in April 2006. The construction work was commenced in July 2005 by EnergoRemService Ltd as a General Contractor. The company performed skeleton-type structures for industrial shops of the enterprise.

Skeleton structure is a building which load-bearing capacity is ensured by cast-in-situ carcass, and panel walls serve only as partitions (featuring only thermal and acoustic insulation capabilities).

Total volume of investments is amounted to EUR 57’000’000.

For the time being, the production rate of the enterprise has gained the planned capacity of 45’000 m3 of wood block flooring a year.
